I have apu A10 8700p laptop and R7 360m graphics card, why can't the chandelier see it? FSH sees..

Hello, I faced the same problem, illustrator did not see my discrete graphics card (regardless of the version of the program itself). Finally I found a solution. In Windows 10, open Settings, System, Display, Graphics Settings. Select a classic application and add an exe file located along the path \\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 (or your version)\Support Files\Contents\Windows\AIGPUSniffer.exe After adding the file, you need to set it to high performance. Also, in the video card settings, you need to add high performance to the same file (or, in my case, add it to the games section), which will automatically set more productive graphics.

Is the card enabled in bios? If the BIOS hides the device via ACPI, then it is not a fact that the operating system will find it after loading.
Or this option: In the settings of the video card there is a tab where the applications for which it will be used are installed. By default, everything is sad there, i.e. there they decided for you when the built-in one will be used, and when the discrete one. So go ahead and set up your radeon for the illustrator.
