How to make the video card see the monitor?
The Chinese Sapphire RX 560D 4Gb does not see the monitor via HDMI in any way (there is nothing to check other outputs).
But at the same time it works. If you log in via RDP, you can verify this.

Tried flashing BIOS from techpowerup.com , didn't help. (I forgot to save the original. The flash driver checks the firmware ID and does not allow (without special keys) to flash the wrong BIOS).
There is also no image in bios.

not all cards, via HDMI, export more than 1920x1080,
and if you can’t see the picture even in the BIOS, then look for another vidyuhi firmware
This monitor should find the video card. If it does not find itself, manually switch the signal source on the monitor.
