What is the best processor for the GTX 960 to squeeze all the power out of it? Will the AMD FX 8370 work?

On sites where PC assemblies are in the basket (foreign) - they are together in several places, so obviously "optimized" will work =)

the video card is the processor itself, it has a drum on the processor, a wider bus on the motherboard and more memory in mind
