Why can't I update the BIOS to the correct version?

And so, I have a Biostar A770E3 + motherboard and the last Bios for the A770E3 motherboard installed there by mistake. Biostar did not have enough money for "+" on the board. I didn't have the brains to check. Now, when I realized my oversight and downloaded BIOS for A770E3+ - I can't install it because of the error:
BIOS ID does not match, Press anykey to continue
Reset via jumper does not help.
BIO-FLASHER UTILITY other BIOSes for the A770E3 board are ready to eat.
It is impossible to launch a hard drive from the OS and update through it - the system does not start.
What can be done in such a situation?

Look for a service with a programmer, pull the flash drive and upload it directly.
