Why can't I turn on Windows Sandbox?

Hello! I have a Sandbox-enabled build of Windows, Enterprise edition, x64 architecture, two processor cores, and hardware virtualization enabled (the entire set of requirements to enable WindowsSandbox). At the same time, the sandbox is not displayed in the list of Windows components, when you turn it on via the command line or power shell, the update starts, reboots, but then it appears on the screen: We were unable to complete the updates. We return everything as it was (the first sentence is given verbatim)
What to do ???

PS winver writes: 1809 (build 17763, 437) but in the menu "preview program it says that all updates are worth it"

@GameDev_Easy

Hello!
Problem solved. At the time I asked the question, the system had not yet had time to update to the required assembly (installation 27%), but already displayed its number in the parameters
