Why can't I run my project in Unity?

I installed Unity Hub and Unity itself, I create a project, but it does not start. I tried again: I run the project, the program thinks for 5 minutes, then the editor window appears for a minute and Unity crashes with an undefined error (or just remains in the empty window state). What's the matter?
