Why can't I export from Adobe XD to After Effects?

I want to export layout for animation from Xd to Ae, but this menu item is not active (gray). Tried with both Ae closed and running. On off. adobe forums don't really help, the same advice "update Xd if it doesn't help, reinstall". I've updated and reinstalled several times, doesn't help. What is the problem I do not understand. It seems like someone writes about the missing plugin, but it should be installed automatically with the installation of the program, but alas, nothing changes. What could be the problem and how to fix it, if you need a plugin for Xd, which one? (Win 10)

If you have or will have the same problem, try updating Ae to versions older than 18. helped me
