Why can't I connect my router to the Internet?
The problem is that I cannot configure the router to connect to the network. When connecting directly from a PC, everything is in order, the provider asks for a login / password, in a word, everything is ok. And if it's from the router, then the problem is ...
But what's surprising is that when I tried to connect from the laptop, I had the same problem. Unable to authenticate. I conjured with a poppy address, but nothing happened. It’s somehow not a desire to contact a provider’s office, they will say that you have problems with equipment, but this is not so.

If they use a username and password, then it’s most likely ppppoe, what kind of router do you have?
I think that it's still worth contacting the provider - you don't even know if there is a mac binding. Usually, if a login / password is used, then mac binding is not used.
