Why can not start / very rarely start the BIOS on a Supermicro server?

Hello.
I just can’t figure out the problem: the workstation can’t start and load the BIOS in any way, although there is power, I recently changed the battery, the power supply is powerful and serviceable (Thermaltake Moscow 850W) (there is a replacement similar to 1000W, it doesn’t work with it either), Until recently, it started absolutely correctly. The platform behaves as follows: when the power button starts, the fans start spinning, the green LED on the motherboard is on (power is OK), and nothing else. The fans spin quietly, there are no POST codes from the BIOS, the monitor screen is black, and so it can stand indefinitely. I tried to change the BIOS battery again, closed the jumper to reset the CMOS, as a result, when it was turned on, it turned on on its own and also worked without starting (restores its previous state before power loss). Recently, once turned on to the end,
Platform: Supermicro 7037A-i workstation, 2 Xeon E5-2680, SSD, Supermicro X9DAi motherboard, fans, memory, power supply, nothing special, everything worked before.
UPD: if someone can suggest a good service center for servers in St. Petersburg, I would be grateful .

Check the memory, maybe the cooler has moved away?
