Why does the netbook boot from the second time?
I have a toshiba nb520 netbook. When you turn it on, the boot process comes to loading the OS (until the Windows icon appears) and after a few seconds the netbook turns off completely. I press the power button again and the next boot is normal. Installed Windows 10. Before that, the same problem was with Windows 8.1. After an unsuccessful boot and a successful subsequent boot, the system boots normally, the system restore tools do not start, messages that there were some errors or problems during the previous boot do not appear.
What could be the problem? What needs to be checked?
