Why can a torrent download slowly?

Hey!
I made a media center out of my PI. put qbittorent and plex there.
But here's what's strange: the torrent downloads very slowly or does not download at all. The PI is on the same network as the computer. I set the same torrent from the computer - the speed is under 10 megabytes, I set it to download on PI - 5 kilobytes or it is idle at all, as if there are no peers, but they are, they are displayed in the interface.
Tell me where to dig, what to see? somewhere it looks like a blockage is going on, but I can not understand where. The option so far is only limited by qbittorrent itself, although there are no restrictions in the settings. And not all torrents are like that. For the sake of interest, I put the game to download - it pumps at the maximum speed.
Before that, Deluge stood and shook normally, but I wanted to switch to something else. Of course I'll try another transmission, but I want to understand where the block goes.

UPD:
I took screenshots from different torrents

There can be many options:

  • Tracker blocks multiple active sessions
  • Your ISP is cutting traffic
  • qBittorrent technologies can work crookedly on the Pi
  • There is already an active torrent (on PC) and extinguishes Pi
  • The router is overloaded, maybe even a session limit

In any case, do not waste your time and install Transmission. Try other trackers. Well, as a last resort, try downloading via VPN, it is more likely that traffic from the Pi can be more transparent to the provider.
