Treat the raspberry like a normal computer, only small. Therefore, it must be connected to other computers in an appropriate way. For example to unite in one local area network.

Raspberry does not have USB OTG, but only host, so no.
It is interesting to work with her through the console.
Alternatively, connect to the network and work via RDP or VNC
If you really want USB, then look towards the Beagle Bone Black.
