Why does linphonec hang on Raspbian?

There is a Rasberry Pi 3 Model B, Raspbian 9.1 is installed, it was installed via NOOBS 2.4.5
The linphone-nogtk package is installed
A peer (proxy add) is registered, but when you call (namely after picking up the phone on any side) the client freezes, and it freezes in such a way that helps only sudo kill -KILL
Soundcard changed, the situation is the same.
