How to setup ethernetVPN bridge on raspberry pi?

Good afternoon!

There is an IP camera and there is a 4G modem (it is autonomous, I connect to it via WiFi).
There is a need to be able to access the IP camera from the outside, but the problem is that 4G Internet does not allow you to have a static IP.
I would also like the camera to be able to save data on an FTP server.
For these purposes, I decided to follow the path of using the Raspberry Pi 3 as a VPN client.
I connected an IP camera to the ethernet port and configured the raspberry to connect to a 4G modem via WiFi and raise the VPN connection to a remote server.
The connection has risen, from the raspberry board itself, I can reach the router and the remote network itself.
However, I ran into a problem - I can’t figure out how to configure it correctly in order to have something like an ethernet <-> ppp0 bridge,
so that the camera also has the ability to access the router and further to the remote network.

Maybe someone has experience of similar use of raspberry?

@Ziptar

1. Do not use the word "bridge" in this context.
2. Deal with routing on raspberries.
