Why are UniFI AP RADIUS clients constantly reconnecting?

There are two UniFI APs with a single SSID and there are two clients - a laptop and a desktop with USB-Wifi.
OS everywhere XP SP3.
Authorization to UniFI AP via RADIUS server via PEAP.
The problem is that these clients reconnect every minute, in the server log there are about 10 thousand messages from them per day, this is annoying.
If clients work for another access point (Asus RT-N16U) with a different SSID and authorization on the same RADIUS server, then everything is fine, the connection will not fail.
What could be the reason?

So, turn on the UniFi logs and see what happens there. And maybe it's enough to reflash stupidly)
