Why doesn't VirtualBox see the wifi adapter?
Primary OS: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.112].
External wifi adapter: tp-link TL-WN821N
Problem: VirtualBox does not see this device, i.e. it cannot be added in the settings as a usb device. I tried to rearrange the adapter in different usb connectors, there is no effect. Also, I installed the drivers through the disk that came with the wifi adapter (At the same time, the adapter itself worked in windows, saw networks, even without installing drivers).
The virtualBox has an extension pack installed. The most interesting thing is that VirtualBox sees all devices connected to usb (mouse, keyboard, even flash drives !!). What could be the problem and how to solve it?

You also need to bring the version of VirtualBox (current 5.2.12).
Maybe your USB controller is incorrectly specified in the virtual machine settings.
