How to make a WiFi hotspot in a store?

We want to make free WiFi in the store for customers. There is a regular Tp-Link 1043nd (with OpenWrt), to which printers, computers and laptops are connected (via WiFi).
It is not correct to issue a piece of paper with a login / password to each client, and it is also impossible to let anyone into your network.
I would like customers to be able to connect to an open Wi-Fi, while accessing the network through the main provider, but not having any access to the store's local network.
Google didn’t say anything sensible - manuals for setting up hotspots are everywhere, but nothing is said about restricting access to the internal network.
Is it possible to make a hotspot based on an existing router or do I need to install a second router? And how is it done "beautifully"?

In which town are you?
I can give our configured router tplink 741nd, addoop.com, turns on any port, forwards the tunnel to us. Open to all, you are not an endpoint, but a tunnel. The project is in the beta testing stage. Write, I'll tell you more, if you're interested.
