Ping jumps, how can I fix it?

I assembled a PC, updated all the drivers, there are no visible problems with the router, the Internet works without interruptions on other devices, but it is on a PC that every 5-10 seconds ping becomes of great importance. I reinstalled Windows, but that did nothing.

Install a router that can handle 5GHz and a USB whistle that can also handle 5GHz on a PC.
Well, in general, it’s better not to torment the PC and stretch the cable to the router

Accept that wifi is a common transmission medium. And floating ping on wifi is a normal state of affairs (only if you are not in an open field and there is no one on the air besides your devices).
