How can I improve the Internet in the office?

Good afternoon, there are 2 routers in the office, a cable from the provider is connected to one, DHCP is enabled on it. The second through Lan is connected to the first, DHCP is switched off. Several times a day, one of the employees stops working on the Internet for 3-5 minutes, then it works stably again. Falls off not at all at the same time, but randomly. It either just stops loading pages, or else shows an exclamation mark on the WiFi icon. At the same time, both routers distribute a 5G network, mu / mimo technology is enabled. What could be the problem?

Disagree with previous speaker, wifi works fine with normal setup.
What kind of routers, how old are they, how stable is the power supply in the office? Is everything okay with the wire that connects them? How many PCs and what intensity of traffic?
The provider gives the Internet on a wire?
Is the second DHCP exactly disabled and is there a device on the network that can occupy the ip address of the 1st router?
Well, what are you doing to make the Internet work?

Abandon WiFi and completely switch to a wired network.
