iPad2 + WiFi sync + Windows

Good day!

Updated my iPad to iOS 5 and am trying to sync over Wi-Fi. The iPad is plugged into the mains, connected to Wi-Fi... But it doesn't want to sync with the PC, which is also online. Writes that it will continue to synchronize when the PC appears on the network. Does anyone know what this could be related to?

Thanks

All fixed, it seems. In the wifi settings on the router, I changed AES / TKIP to only AES

Connect the iPad to your computer, launch iTunes, check the “Sync over Wi-Fi” box on the main page of the device, the sync button on the iPad becomes active :)

Two days fought with pieces of iron. In the end I tried everything.
Found a solution (by identifying a bottleneck, and the reasons for not working).
As a result, the problem was solved by enabling Multicast streaming on the under-router Dlink. Another option is to create an AP on the computer where iTunes lives). everything works fine, the devices are immediately detected. It's not about encryption, not about channels, not about UPnP, all because of multicast.
PS Apple manual support.apple.com/kb/TS4062 is very short and generally useless

on my iPad2, the pairing only worked after I rebooted the iPad (after setting the Wi-Fi synchronization checkbox)
