Which application to use for voice notification of incoming calls on iOS 7?

Good day!
On the hands of the iPhone 5s with iOS 7.1.1 + jailbreak on board + Bluetooth headset.
The task is as follows:
Speak the name of the caller through the headset with an incoming call. (It would be very convenient, because when you receive an incoming call, you have to take out your phone to see who is calling, which is not very convenient)
I tried the following programs:
1) Aloud - everything seems to be fine, but there is no automatic language change, as a result, the program is poorly adapted under the Russian language (pronounces English in transliteration + far from pronouncing all names correctly)
2) Speak Events - the best of its kind, automatically recognizes the language, pronounces it correctly, but it was not possible to start the voice acting of the name on an incoming call, and all other functions work (voice sms, mail, etc.), in the settings is speak incoming call , but nothing happens.
3) Call Tell - I googled this program, but I did not find it in any repository, apparently the developers stopped supporting it.
4) iCallAnnounce - the program is very simple, surprisingly speaking well in Russian, but does not speak through the headset + often pronounces the name of the previous call instead of the current one.
PS Is there really no full-fledged working program for such an important and most importantly necessary function? In my opinion, without this function, the use of the headset is considered incomplete.
If anyone has a successful experience please share, I will be very grateful.
