Why won't omega onion 2+ connect to the correct WiFi network?

Good day, dear friends.
So, the problem is that the omega onion 2+ does not connect to the network distributed by the DIR 300 router. Attempts to resort to solving the problem in the ways indicated on the manufacturer's website did not bring any changes. And the methods there, to be honest, are primitive, helping only to fix the problem with the collision of ip addresses.
Initially, the suspicion fell on the fact that due to the "dynamics" on the side of the router and "statics", since DCPH is disabled by default on onion, something wrong happens, as well as with raspbery pi, if DCPH is disabled. But then we managed to connect the bulb to the hotspot of the smartphone. In this case, everything worked as it should.
When connected to the necessary wifi network, onion freezes, breaks the connection when the module is rebooted, and then distributes its network again, remaining with the same ip address. And all this through ssh, because when you try to use the web interface, it freezes at the stage of setting up a wireless network.
Perhaps the Internet has long had a solution to a similar problem and its solution, but all my attempts to find it have not brought anything.
