Why are they blocked on freelansim.ru?

I see that some applicants who left feedback on my orders are periodically blocked. But there is no explanation as to why this was done. As a result, it is not clear whether to deal with this user or not. It's one thing to be blocked for swearing, and another to show someone else's work as your own.
