Where can I join the development team?

Greetings!
I would like to find an English-speaking (American / English ...) development team to join as a developer.
Objective: to gain some freelancing experience/work with a foreign audience, develop in new technologies, improve spoken English. If it still pays off, then that's great.
Later, I want to find a freelance team or develop myself to work as a freelancer on my own.
I myself have experience in C for about 3 years, Git, a little Java. It would be time to develop, but one somehow does not really roll.

Just go to the upwork, they often take on a team if you are an intelligent developer with experience. With a good three years of experience in C, I think it's no problem at all
