Has anyone contacted Freelancer.com support?
During the week I wrote them three different letters, two of which can be considered as bugs on the site, but did not wait for any answer.
Has anyone contacted their support team? Did you receive any response? What are your opinions about working with this exchange?

Not the most pleasant impressions - a lot of superfluous both in terms of the interface and payments (buy a course, buy a test, buy a top, buy this, buy that). That alone stopped me from working there.
It's funny to read how many people write that there are either bugs, then the money did not reach, then they threw it and the exchange did not resolve it. Despite the fact that there are still a lot of paid services being imposed, as I wrote above.
