Why are there so few vacancies under WordPress?

As far as we know, WP is the most popular engine for website development, but why are there 3-4 times fewer vacancies for it than for the same Vue?

WP - Content Management System (CMS) for creating more or less typical sites.
Vue is a framework (i.e. a library) for building single-page application sites.
From the number of vacancies, we can conclude that typical sites are not so much needed now as knowledge of more modern technologies that allow you to create something more serious. It seems to me that this is normal.
