Why are there no errors in the php file?
That's where php.ini is located in phpinfo()
that's what the /etc/php/7.0/apache2/php.ini file outputs
file saved, server rebooted, what's wrong?
.htacces has not been created yet.
As far as I understand, only display_error and error_reporting are mainly responsible for errors?
and here is what phpinfo() outputs,
as you can see, the settings from php.ini are not saved, the question is why?

Thanks to everyone who participated, I found my jamb, in the zsh terminal I registered an alias that reloads apache2, only it started the server instead of rebooting, because of this and the error. A note for the future for me.
