Why are the products not displayed immediately after unloading from 1C?

1C-Bitrix

Site on BUS 15.5.10, catalog on bitrix:catalog, custom upload from 1C.
Goods / trade offers / warehouses are unloaded, everything is ok.
But immediately after unloading, the goods are not displayed on the site.
Infoblock, section, element are active, everyone has a symbolic code.
No filters set, sorted by SORT.
In order for the product to appear on the site, you need to go to the admin panel in its card and without changing anything, click "save".
After such a manipulation, the product is displayed normally, I did not notice any automatic changes in the card.
UPD:
Found the difference in the database.
The product that was opened-saved-closed in Bitrix falls into b_catalog_product and b_catalog_measure_ratio, there is no freshly unloaded product there.
With what such behavior can be connected? What to check/try/fix?

Look at the caching settings of the catalog component. The CACHE_TYPE parameter.
Try changing to Y or N to test.

Probably the import is not working correctly.
The product is stored in several tables.
In order for it to be displayed in the administrative part in the information block of the catalog, it is enough to add it to the `b_iblock_element` table, but in order for this element to become a product, it is necessary that a record with its identifier be also present in the `b_catalog_product` table
PS: `b_catalog_measure_ratio` is used for identification of units of measurement of goods.
