How to backup a site on 1c-bitrix manually?

I want to make a backup of the Bitrix site manually (without the means of the Bitrix itself).
The process is standard: file backup + database backup.
But all familiar bitrks developers strongly do not recommend doing this, and when asked "why" they are mysteriously silent.
What's the catch here? The license will fly off, or something else?
through Bitrix is still undesirable - automation works.

It is not recommended to do this, because Bitrix writes configs to several files. And when transferring by regular means, it changes their values depending on the desired host + make changes to the database.
If you want to transfer manually, then you need to backup all files except folders:
bitrix/backup/*
bitrix/cache/*
bitrix/managed_cache/*
upload/resize_cache/*
bitrix/html_pages/* Back up
the database
After transfer, edit the following files
bitrix/ php_interface/dbconn.php
bitrix/.settings.php

Yes, the world will end.
mysqldump + rsync with caches and temps excluded.
Yes, and do not forget to correct the variables that are tied to the domain.

All the same, you need to do regular means.
No one will give you a guarantee with separate backup of files and a database that everything will unfold and work well. I even assume that the result will fail. Even if you restore normally, there may still be a conflict at some module, stage of work.
These are my assumptions.
