Can you tell me if it is possible to remove the /www symbolic link on the hosting? costs CMS Bitrix, when scanning the site cms gives an error.
In those support, they said - "There is a looped symbolic link /www in the file system. Because of it, the security scanner cannot complete the scan, because the file scan will be performed indefinitely. Contact the server administrator to fix this problem."
The fact is that I am the administrator and owner of the site, and the developers who made it for me do not get in touch.
I don’t know why this link is needed in the context of my site, and can it be removed, will it not break the site?

Remove the symbolic link itself, in my opinion, there is no other way.

I sometimes manage to accidentally create such a link, mb this one was also created by inattention.
