Can curly braces interfere with JSON form output?

Good day.
I have a site built on the basis of CMS Joomla, and there is a component that displays feedback forms using a shortcode. And there is also a page that is made using a page builder that uses JSON for all markup.
The essence of the question is the following. I have a shortcode {convertforms 1} which is used in the page as {"modal_content_text":"{convertforms 1}"}.
And now the problem. {convertforms 1} doesn't work for me, can the problem be in curly braces inside curly braces? And maybe there is some kind of special character that will escape curly braces so that they are processed not as a service character, but as plain text?

If there is some kind of error, then add a backslash ("\") in front of the character.
