The site is based on 1C Bitrix, the site has catalogs with goods, there is a filter in the catalogs, and when, for example, you choose to filter by brands in the filter, it displays 3 pages of off-brands for this category.
The url of the first page of the filter contains the following entry

https://site.ua/filter/namecategory/brand_name%2Bprofessional/

When you go to the second page from the filtered brands, the filter goes astray, and in the url there is such an entry -

https://site.ua/filter/namecategory/brand_name+professional/?PAGEN_1=2

That is, when you go to another page in the url, the %2B symbol changes to + and everything flies
. How can I fix this?
