Why are the colors on the screen faded?

I bought a laptop Lenovo ThinkPad L390. The colors are good, except for red, it's more orange or something. Not suitable for color correction. Turned the settings, nothing helps. By the way, there is Itel 630. I
connected it to a good monitor via hdmi and was surprised, the colors are still faded. Although the monitor is designer and there are colors that are usually needed.
Question: can it be that the problem of faded colors is not in the laptop screen, but in the video card itself?

I don’t know if the question is relevant, but recently I often see a problem - by default in the settings of the video adapter (intel, nvidia), a limited color range of 16-235 is set, but 0-255 is needed. Look for this setting in the Intel Graphics Control Panel. In NVIDIA settings, this option looks like this
