Video player freezes on Windows Embedded Wepos?

Hello people!
I have such a problem - on the info-kiosk (Windows Embedded Wepos OS is installed), the video player dies all the time. Regardless of which player after a while it just freezes and gives an error. Has anyone met with this? What to do in this case?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Reinstalling Windows doesn't help.
