Monitor and vision - which model to choose to save vision?
Hello!
Recently, my vision has begun to sag a lot, I work mainly with text, sometimes I work with graphics. You need to get a good monitor to keep your eyesight.
Help me choose a model!
Here are the introductory characteristics:
1) Eye protection technologies - from excessive flicker, blue spectrum.
2) FullHD
3) Diagonal - 22-24 inches
4) IPS matrix
5) Matte, anti-reflective coating
Also, I would like to ask about the effect of various monitor characteristics on vision, including:
- Frequency - is 60 Hz enough, or do you need more? Does it affect vision?
- Brightness level - standard 250 cd, or do you need more?
- Pixel size - the smaller the better?
- Contrast - the more, the better for vision?
- bit depth and FRC - the more, the better for vision? Are matrices without FRC better?
- HDR support - a sign of greater bit depth (from 8) and good for vision?
Thanks a lot for the answers!

60 hertz myth. Eink generally brakes around 10 hertz. But they are considered the most normal. Take a monitor with a density of 200 dpi. LG are good. Don't stare at the monitor, get a notepad. Draw everything there, and then transfer it to the code. Like to chat with colleagues, then again in a notebook.
