The company has 2 sites with the same domain name site.ru and site.com.
They are hosted on the same host. The problem is that when the poddomen.site.ru subdomain is created, if the poddomen subdirectory is created in the site.ru folder, the contents of the subdomain are not displayed. It only opens when this folder is in the site.com domain.

That is, explaining in plain language: the folder with the subdomain files is in the site.com folder, but in the browser the subdomain opens at poddomen.site.ru. This is the only way the corresponding content is displayed on the subdomain.
