Need paper proof of ownership of .com, .info, ..

Faced with a situation - the client wants to get a piece of paper stating that he is the owner of the domain in the .com (+ .info) zone. I registered domains on GoDaddy, wrote to them, they replied that they do not provide paper certificates (even for a fee). The direction where to dig further is not very clear to me yet. Has anyone else experienced something similar and can share their experience? The only working idea is to notarize the extract from the WHOIS... but I doubt that this can be easily arranged.

Thanks in advance for any helpful information!

We provide.
Write a letter to [email protected], request an epp-key from GoDaddy in advance.
I ask you to accept the domain for such and such an agreement ...
Within a week, the domain will be in your panel. Then, after checking all the data, we can issue you a certificate.

You can transfer the domain to another hoster and order documents from him, but when transferring, they usually require the domain to be renewed for another year (already from the new hoster).
