Why are some sites downloading slow?

I recently noticed that I have very slow loading speeds on some sites. For example, from Google drive it downloads at a speed of 100mb / s. The speedtest also shows, but from Yandex Disk the speed is 10kb / s. I would like to know why this is so, almost on all sites the speed is low. But some are fast.

Do you have a mobile provider? They sometimes cut speed.
Plus, it does not hurt to run in the console:
ping ya.ru -t
And drive for an hour, let's see if there are any lost packets.
