Why are some keys not working on a new laptop keyboard?

Lenovo Yoga 920. Some keys on the new keyboard do not work. The problem was not solved in safe mode. The connector is inserted all the way and in the clamp, nothing dangles. I noticed that at the ends of the connector, some tracks seemed to be erased by half a millimeter. Poor powder application? Could this be related?

Do not work at all, or do some special keys such as volume control or keyboard backlight not work?
If at all - the erasure of the tracks may well be to blame. Especially if the keys in the same row or column do not work.
If only special ones, a driver is probably needed. At least that's how it is on Huawei.
