Mouse and keyboard not working?

Hello! I have a very interesting situation, please help me to solve it.

I had a system unit idle for a while. For work, he did not have enough ssd or hdd. After the laptop broke down, I decided to use a stationary one. I bought an ssd, and pulled out the hdd from the laptop. I assembled it, turned it on, my ubunta started up from hard, but neither the mouse nor the keyboard react in any way. All usb ports are working, the phone is charging from them, the keyboard backlight is on, the indicator on the mouse too. I tried to start the computer without hard, it asks to reboot and select the desired boot device. I also can’t enter the BIOS, because. the keyboard has no reaction. I did a BIOS reset, I thought it would help, but I was wrong.

A bootable flash drive with a Live distribution kit will allow you to separate the hardware problem from the software one.
However, if the "bios reset" has already been done from the keyboard, the "iron" one can be cut off.
But the same Live distribution will allow you to get into the /etc folder on the disk and remove the X-s and udev settings that can wedge input.
