How to change the number symbol in the Russian layout (Shift + 3) to # (also Shift + 3, but in English).
No third party software.
Windows 10 Home for 1 language.
Switching layout is not a solution.

you need to make a personal layout (via microsoft keyboard layout creator ), and replace the desired character on it.

The easiest option is to use the Punto Switcher program. In it, set up autocorrect for the character you need.
