Why are sales through Google Play going anywhere but in the US?

For about a year I have been selling applications through Google Play, translating into several languages (primarily English, Spanish, German). And the statistics are very interesting.
Buy most of all from Russia. The rest of the countries are on average distributed as follows:
1. Russia
2. Ukraine
3. India
4. Germany
5. Arab countries
6. USA
7. Great Britain
... other countries

I wonder why it is so bad to buy from the USA? I thought the matter was in the account - I started a purely American account, the withdrawal to an American bank - the same effect, purchases come from anywhere and very little from the USA. I hired a professional translator (I thought maybe typos scare away) - it didn’t help. Can you suggest what could be the reason?

What's the application? Maybe the American market is just not very interested in this?
My states are in first place in terms of purchases - about 40% of all countries.
