Is it possible to use 1 account for several Android smartphones?

Good afternoon.
I recently decided to change my phone to Android, which is about 3 years old. I linked my email to that phone and bought about 20 programs and games through Google Play during this time. Please tell me when I will buy myself a new phone and link the same account to it as on the old phone, will my nephew, to whom I am going to give the phone, be able to use the purchased programs and games on this smartphone without any problems (there are basically all kinds of dictionaries, educational apps and toys)? Will I be able to use these apps and games at the same time? Will it violate any Google Play policies?
Thank you for your attention

You can, but think about whether you need your account to be active on behalf of another person?

Will it violate any Google Play policies?

I'm not sure, but in my opinion yes because of,
as if different people, but I'm not sure,
but in fact, no one cares, everything will work

If you are satisfied with common contacts, remote control, the ability of your nephew to "accidentally" erase all information from your device, then go ahead.

You can connect as many devices as you want to one account, while saving all purchases on all devices. But here the question of data confidentiality and trust in the nephew sharply arises, because you can easily get data from your smartphone.
