Why are proxy objects not displayed when rendering?

3ds Max

1) Larger objects (table, sofa, furniture, etc.) are not displayed during rendering.
2) But smaller crown proxy objects are displayed (molding, sconces, etc.)
V-ray camera.
The path to the proxies folder is correct. In the stats field for non-displayed objects, "Static proxy Unloaded from RAM" is written. The problem arose after reinstalling 3ds max 2018. I did not touch files and folders after and before reinstallation. What could be the problem? Thank you in advance for your help.
