Why is vraylightmtl not working?

Added vraylightmtl to the object, color is white - 200. Emit on back side. GI included. But the material still does not glow, what's the problem?

$time >= 5 is 5 or more.
you need $time < 5 and not "and", but "or"
if($time == 23 || $time < 5){
