Explain about 3d?

Hello. For some time now I want to learn how to do something in 3d. Yes, yes, as vaguely as possible.
I look at 3D renderings of apartments and I want to do the same beauty. But I watch how 3D models are drawn on YouTube in May and I really want to do this. I play some kind of Skyrim and God, what a wonderful artifact / armor / weapon I also want to do this.
As I understand it, these are all completely different things and different areas of application and development. What is easier to do with this? Just like that, for yourself.
How can I make a small figurine to print on a 3D printer like this. fb15145670830cc13bce4fb39db5442e.jpg
Are there any chances to do this if I'm not an artist at all?

Everything is very chaotic, but maybe those who are engaged in 3d will be able to catch the essence and suggest what to watch the tutorial)

for modeling apartments, the program is simpler than maya. You don't have to be an artist there. And for modeling figures, what skills will be useful in any case. Look at what file formats are supported by 3D printers - then any editor that can save files in this format will suit you. watch tutorial videos, repeat, save and go print.
