Why are print jobs taking so long?

There is a KONICA MINOLTA bizhub C220 printer. Users are connected to it on a network. But the time between sending for printing and printing is very long (for example, a 10 MB image is loaded on it for about a minute). Even if you directly connect the patch cord to the PC, then the situation is the same. Someone faced similar?
