Would you recommend an MFP for a student?

Please help me choose a printer. The price of the printer itself is also not important, since they will buy it for me from the university (budget 20 k)))
what I need from the printer is:
buying cartridges. most often I print black and white, and rarely color
2. this is so that he can print a lot and quickly. you understand abstracts, checklists, sections, coursework, etc.
3. scanner copier for books, as I often take books in Leninka for reports
4. double-sided printing, since the paper is also not thick. it is desirable that the machine
prints 5 on both sides. well, maybe printing via wi-fi. It would be cool
Well, I don’t understand anything in technology, so I ask for help. size is not important. the main resource of cartridges and a large tray.
all good and happiness

Epson L355. Well, or Epson L300, if WiFi is not really needed, and the difference of 2-3k is fundamental. You can search for similar models, there are enough of them. This is Epson's L-series with native CISS. If the price is really not important, you can also look towards the L555 / L550. Not sure if that makes sense though.
Now these printers have risen in price a little, but the essence remained. Even if you pay yourself, the price should not scare you. The paint that comes with the kit is enough for the entire training course with a large margin. Even if you print not only for yourself. You can simply invite one of your good classmates to periodically throw papers at you, and in return you will print reports / term papers, etc. for them. Beneficial for both parties.
And if the complete ink ever runs out (printing services for the whole group, second or third education), you need to buy not cartridges, but liquid toner, which again comes out cheaper than most other options.

If color printing is not very important, then Kyocera FS-1125MFP/1135MFP. Differs in print speed, 25 and 35 ppm respectively. Here are the characteristics
In our office, the secretary already ran ~ 150k sheets. We have refueling 250 r. costs. You can also fill it yourself if you wish - there is a stupid container with toner. Toner is just not sold everywhere.
