A printer connected to lan prints via cable, but loses jobs via wifi. Why?

People, hello.
Let me know if anyone has experience.
The Samsung MFP is connected to the office network via Lan. Has a static IP. Works great, everything is ok. It if the user will be stuck in a network too through a zernet.
But if a user connects to our network via office wifi, then miracles begin. The computer does not see the printer.
Those. ip is pinged, packets seem to be not lost, but jobs are not sent, the scanner does not see, and so on.
If we suddenly go to install a network printer on a new machine, then the story is the same.
In the lan network, we find this printer. If via wifi - no.
All this is on Windows machines . There are no such quirks in poppies.
Drivers reinstalled to fresh. Does not help.
Tell me where to look for the problem? Are there any fine settings that you need to play with?
What, it would seem, does it matter to him whether they sent him a task via wifi or copper =)))
