Why are pages excluded from indexing?

The site consists of 5 pages, why the privacy page was approved, indexed, but important pages like "prices, goods, services" are not, very strange.

as you order - so Google does: you ask not to index - it doesn’t index , you
need an index - ask to index

Given the metatags.io in the url and the "desk", we can confidently say that there are still a lot of jambs in the code. Search engines still officially ignore pages with poor content.
